With its Master course Mechatronic Systems (M.Sc.) Campus Tuttlingen expands its range of studies in the so-called MINT disciplines (mathematics, information technology, natural sciences, technology). Mechatronic Systems (M.Sc.) deepens skills in the technological core disciplines of mechanical, electrical and software engineering. With this degree students are prepared to take up a career in research and development or assume managerial responsibilities. „In research and development the industries of medical, mechanical and electrical engineering are relying increasingly on engineers with a master’s degree“, explains academic dean Prof. Dr. Andreas Gollwitzer. Furthermore, it establishes the necessary basis for a doctoral course of study.
Since 2003 the International Business School Tuttlingen (IBST) has been offering a study programme with strong practical focus on internationally respected management training and further education with its part-time MBA-Programme.
The MBA-Programme Medical Devices & Healthcare Management is dedicated to ambitious employees of the medical technology and biomedical engineering industries who wish to develop their competences in international management and marketing.
The Campus Tuttlingen in the town centre is the newest campus of Furtwangen University (HFU). The latter is not only geographically a high level university in Germany but also ranges among the top educational institutions in national rankings as assessed both by its students and by companies.
