The Caspar retractor system from August Reuchlen offers a minimally invasive solution for surgery on the cervical and lumbar spine. In addition to classic retractors, the range also includes specialized solutions such as double-arm joint retractors, which allow flexible adaptation to different anatomical conditions. Longitudinal spreaders allow the blades, which can be fixed in any desired position, to be changed even during surgery. The fenestred version of the blades expands the existing range of steel, PEEK, and titanium blades and provides a clear view of the spine during X-ray imaging. The black TiAIN coated lumbar speculums ensures increased usability and a durable surface quality. The set is complemented by sharp distraction screws in various lengths, which replace pre-drilling.
