Caspar Retractor System for cervical vertebrae and lumbar spine

The Caspar Spreader System from August Reuchlen offers a minimal invasive solution for cervical and lumbar spine surgery. The double-armed spreaders adjust easily to the anatomy of the patient. A change of the valves, which can be fixed in any requested position, is also possible during surgery due to longitudinal spreaders. A fenestrated version complements the valves available in steel, PEEK and titanium and provides an optimal view of the spine on radiographs. A black TiAIN coating on the lumbar specula spreaders guarantees longer durability. The set is complemented by sharp distraction screws in various lengths, which replace pre-drilling.
