With the production of separating adapters, breakout boxes, simulation, testing and adapter devices, especially for the automotive industry, Dipl.-Ing. Volker Dinies founded the company DINIES Feinwerktechnik & Elektronik in 1979, in Villingendorf near Rottweil.
It was recognized early on how important it is to supply customers with everything from a single source, mechanics and electronics.
From the beginning, the core business was prototype construction and small series production, which is still a strong pillar of the company today.
DINIES - new business area UV technology
The first contact with UV technology came about in 1984 through a customer order to develop and manufacture an EPROM eraser. Thanks to the further development of the devices, the company soon became one of the leading manufacturers of EPROM erase devices.
With the advancing development of UV-sensitized inks and varnishes, new drying devices were developed and manufactured as series products and special devices. Serial devices for disinfection were the next step.
DINIES - generation change
In 2005 the company was sold to Dipl.-Ing. Cajus Dinies handed over with the aim of further expanding both pillars, electronics production and UV technology.
In particular, new techniques and areas of application in UV technology offer a good basis for an innovative company policy.
DINIES - new production facility
Since the production capacity in the old premises was no longer sufficient, we had the opportunity to move to a new factory building in Villingendorf near Rottweil in January 2012 in order to meet the increasing production requirements.
Our quality system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (in the currently valid version) is constantly checked and audited for its effectiveness by customers from medical technology and the automotive industry in order to meet their high quality requirements.
In addition, internal audits, carried out by external auditors, guarantee a quality management system based on high standards and efficiency. A modern ERP system enables us to efficiently monitor and control our order and production processes.
