Content

For companies with innovative products and services, collaboration in research and development has become part of everyday life. In practice, the whole thing usually takes place in R&D projects of various forms. In addition, research funding is often used. Contractually securing the findings from R&D projects is fundamental, as is avoiding the risk of conflicts with third-party rights. The seminar provides a comprehensive overview of contractual practice for research and development projects. Participants receive detailed seminar documents and sample contracts. The legal structure of R&D contracts is discussed in detail using practical examples. All relevant legal topics from contract law, patent law, employee invention law and EU law are dealt with, at least in basic terms.
