What do employees in the incoming goods and production departments need to know or be able to do about quality? Often, employees without subject-specific prior knowledge are commissioned for examinations. A basic qualification is more important than ever when outsourcing the incoming goods inspection to the supplier, in quality assurance in production or in self-inspection by workers. The modular seminar offers the opportunity to get to know the most important requirements in a compact way.

- Basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485
- Knowledge of reading drawings, form-position tolerances, fits, drawing revisions
- WE inspection (AQL / random inspection / skip lot)
- Creation of test plans and FDA-compliant documentation
- Selection and handling of measuring equipment
- Use of suitable test equipment
- Blocking and monitoring of bad parts
- Checking of accompanying documents (delivery notes, invoices, material certificates, etc.)
2 day
- Experience and knowledge of the end products, materials science
- Perform boil test, autoclave test and evaluate results
- First sample EMPB method of new instruments
- Participation in supplier evaluation
- Basics of complaints management / 8D report or CAPA
- Participation in problem solving (Pareto, Ishikawa, error collection card)
- Final test, learning control
