Product and service innovations are no longer sufficient for a company's long-term market positioning. Instead, companies have to innovate their business model and/or develop additional, complementary business models.


The seminar shows how to consistently develop business models using the business model CANVAS. In addition, the St. Gallen Business Model Navigator will be presented, which categorizes business models into 55 basic patterns and provides new impetus for business model innovation.
