OTEC Präzisionsfinish GmbH Formula Student 2021: KA-Raceing and OTEC in electric racing fever!

Formula Student is an international design competition for students. Launched in the USA in 1981, Formula Student now has 14 competitions worldwide, with more than 800 teams competing with their self-built racing cars.

OTEC remains fully behind the KA-RaceIng team in 2021 and supports the development of the electric KIT21e, with which the Karlsruhe student team will participate in the 2021 Formula Student.

The KIT21e vehicle presentation by KA-RaceIng will take place live on YouTube for the first time in the club's history on May 5, 2021. It will provide a taste of the Karlsruhe student team's upcoming racing season. The first racing competitions will then begin in the second half of the year.

Such qualified, first-hand feedback provides insight into what is important or could become more relevant in component processing for electric drives.
