Our universal Precision5 joining modules are designed for tasks that require small forces and maximum precision. We offer individual solutions in the force range from 0.2 to 4 kN. The control intelligence of the servo presses, combined with the precision mechanics and the high-resolution sensors, allow reproducible results in the micrometer range.

The precision units are used, for example, in the production of pacemakers, where they are used for quality-controlled crimping of electrode contacts and deliver reproducible results. Another area of application is the functional testing of syringes or the pressing of syringe housings.

The units can be supplied as a module for integration into existing systems or as a precision workstation UFM-C-Compact.
