While the majority of the metalworking industry is still on the way to digitization, we have been working with Industry 4.0 since 2013. In order to give our innovative structure a suitable framework, we built a new administration and production building in 2010, which perfectly reflects our company philosophy in its unusualness, transparency and efficiency.

Spring-loaded plungers - Whenever something engages (clicks) or is positioned, spring-loaded plungers, detents or locking bolts are usually used. SDN is one of the few manufacturers of spring-loaded pressure pieces, locking and fastening elements with its own product design and product catalog. The development, design and manufacture of these components is our specialty.

Non-ferrous metals and plastics from Ø 0.5 mm - Ø 65 mm from the bar, from samples to large series with several million pieces. On request, the components can be ground, heat treated or surface refined.
Special requirements with regard to component cleanliness in the fields of medical and fluid technology as well as for oxygen applications can be met at any time.
