Jobs for Future from September 22nd to 24th : the regional business development agency and the Welcome Center Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg are present as long-standing partners of the fair

Black Forest-Baar-Heuberg region, Villingen-Schwenningen. Together with the Welcome Center, Wifög SBH brings companies and specialists together at "Jobs for Future". At its stand D.299, it offers advice on the triad of living, living and working in the region as well as support for companies in (international) recruitment of skilled workers and workers.

"As a region, we are very well positioned in the areas of job offers, training and further education as well as studies," says Henriette Stanley, Managing Director of Regionale Wifög. "We want to show this at Jobs for Future, the most important regional job fair, and provide appropriate advice." At the Wifög Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg information mobile, job seekers, students and experienced professionals receive tips on looking for a job in the region and can find out about labor market structures. Interesting offers are pointed out directly and targeted discussions can be held with companies at the trade fair.

The Welcome Center – living culture of welcome

International professionals and students can turn to the experienced team at the Welcome Center with their questions, ranging from “A” for recognition to “J” for job search and “S” for language courses. "The special thing is that as a Welcome Center, we not only advise international skilled workers, but also offer our regional companies information on recruiting abroad and the integration of foreign skilled workers," explains Michela Crispo, head of the Welcome Center SBH. The center advises in English, Italian, French, Spanish, Armenian and Russian.

Career Walk with the Welcome Center

The Welcome Center offers a Career Walk especially for international professionals. Here they have the opportunity to talk to company representatives and find out about current vacancies.

The skilled workers alliance SBH at the fair

The regional alliance of skilled workers will also be present at Jobs for Future this year. The various partners, including Wifög SBH, are planning a trade fair evening for exhibitors, HR managers and managers on the subject of "Change on the labor market in the industrial region of Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg". As a speaker, Dr. Rüdiger Wapler from the Institute for Labor Market and Occupational Research. The event will take place on September 22nd at 5pm at the Work4Future Area in Hall D.
