Cleaning and deburring of filigree components for medical technology

Cleaning and deburring of filigree components for medical technology.

For example, when cutting or cutting cladding tubes for endoscopy, the user not only struggles with the burr that occurs when cutting at both ends of the cladding tubes, but also with cleaning the inside walls of the cladding tube.

When the ducts are drawn with pipe drawing dies, lubricant residues remain on the inside wall of the pipe. These residues often resinify and make it difficult to clean the pipes.

With the Ergomag series from Forplan, we not only remove the burr, but also ensure a clean inner wall of the pipe.

In the Forplan demonstration and service center in Villingen-Schwenningen, we take on every challenge! Or would you have thought that a pipe with a length of approx. 110 mm and a diameter of only a few 1/10 mm and a wall thickness of a few 1/100 mm can be deburred economically and without problems?

You are sure to think of enough workpieces from your production for this application!
