As a leading provider of product content solutions, we are pleased to announce that healthcare manufacturers are now able to send their data to Resah via the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) to provide consolidated and reliable business-critical information. Healthcare manufacturers should become GDSN-enabled for the French market as soon as possible.

Established in 2007, RESAH is a large public purchasing community (GPO) leveraging the purchasing power of hospitals and nursing homes in France with more than 4000 public contracts covering all procurement segments in healthcare. After a successful proof of concept, RESAH is now using the GDSN to enable manufacturers to send trustworthy data to the in-house platform eCat-Santé. Ultimately, eCat-Santé not only covers medical devices and pharmaceuticals, but all purchases that RESAH makes possible for hospitals in France.

Manufacturers who use atrify's cloud-based data platform have already successfully started sending their data to eCat-Santé. "Our Professional Services team knows the data models and GDSN processes in France very well and can support any manufacturer who wants to meet the eCat-Santé requirements of the RESAH", says Lionel Tussau, Director, Strategic Industries at atrify.

“It was important for us to enable the healthcare industry in France and worldwide to exchange their standardized product data in the most efficient and global way possible, avoiding the use of proprietary data formats. The decision in favor of the GDSN network gives us the opportunity to offer manufacturers added value when using eCat-santé ”, Camille Labeaune, Project Manager Supplier Relationship and eCat-santé

The connection to the French GPO Resah via GDSN is an important step for the further rollout of the GDSN in France, which was made possible thanks to our great cooperation with RESAH and the entire French community.
