We are pleased to announce that the partnership between GS1 Austria and atrify will be strengthened again. Especially manufacturers of medical devices located in Austria can benefit from the close cooperation between GS1 Austria and atrify. From now on, they have the possibility to register their products quickly and efficiently with the atrify UDI Solution in EUDAMED, the European Database for Medical Devices. The complete use of EUDAMED will not be mandatory until 2023, but it has already been shown that early testing and registration is indispensable. On average, companies lack 60% of the information needed for successful registration in their internal systems.
atrify and GS1 Austria are jointly guiding medical device manufacturers to their goal of a fast and successful EUDAMED registration with the atrify UDI Solution and GS1 Austria’s UDI Services.

Among others, information from more than 500.000 Austrian products has been successfully registered to the Global Registry.
