Dental deep drawing devices
The dental deep-drawing device is a device that creates a tooth-shaped splint by folding a metal sheet. The folding process is illustrated in FIG. 1, and the driving force F is indicated by numeral 4. A lamellae tool is arranged in a displaceable manner in a separate guide. It has two thicknesses, the smaller one being oriented towards the deep-drawing plate, and the larger one towards the patient. Both of these materials can be pressed with maximum force, and the resulting recess is automatically created.
The deep-drawing device operates with a pre-shaped metal sheet. In some cases, the sheet is corrugated or has a width of 3200 mm. The tool 106 receives the edge of the sheet, and then draws it with a curved blade. The edges of the tool 106 correspond to the valleys of the wave. The splint can also be equipped with an optional compressed air device.
A dental deep-drawing device can also function with a sheet of pre-shaped metal. The metal sheet 10 is a corrugated sheet metal panel with a diameter of 2000 mm.
