(08/2021) Digital health platforms are gaining in importance with a view to discharge management in the hospital sector. The Hospital Future Act (KHZG) accelerates the whole thing. Two new current platforms are Teamplay Digital Health Platform Connect and Bewatec.ConnectedCare.
Teamplay Digital Health Platform Connect
Siemens Healthineers operates the digital health platform Teamplay Digital Health Platform Connect together with IBM in Germany. In addition to Siemens Healthineers, five new partners will offer digital services, so-called value-added services, via this open platform. The new services range from wound management to patient support and AI-based decision support to discharge management. The range of value-added services on the platform is expected to grow over the next few months. The partner solutions at a glance:
Bewatec.ConnectedCare
The companies Samedi, Bewatec, Recare and Thieme Compliance have launched the joint digital patient portal "Bewatec.ConnectedCare". The digitization platform combines established and proven individual solutions from companies. The modules at a glance:
