Skilled Workers Immigration Act

Skilled Workers Immigration Act

A German university degree was already considered a relatively easy entry point to Germany, but now a vocational training qualification is deemed a skilled worker. It is a qualifying qualification, and must be relevant to the type of job you wish to apply for. Priority checks will no longer be conducted by the Federal Employment Agency. If your international degree is recognized in Germany, you will automatically be hired. You no longer have to apply for a work permit to work in Germany.

Under the new law, foreign students and workers with vocational training are allowed to work in Germany. The previous rules required foreigners to get recognition from a German authority before they could work in the country. This new legislation will allow skilled foreigners to apply for their residence permit through the Central Service Centre for Professional Recognition, which will cut down on the amount of time they must wait. However, a skilled worker who has already received their diploma in Germany is no longer eligible to apply for a residence permit.

The new legislation allows skilled foreign workers to enter Germany for six months and then take up employment while the process of recognition is ongoing. They are then eligible to reside in Germany for the duration of the recognition process. This is not possible for foreign workers who are already living in Germany. They must return to their home country and apply for a residence permit at the German embassy in their country of origin. If they do not have a German degree or qualification, they can apply for supplementary qualification measures or to recognize their qualifications after their arrival.

Under the new Act, qualified foreign workers who have completed a vocational training can apply for a residence permit. Previously, they were not permitted to work in a position that could be filled by a German worker. With the new Act, these professionals can work in occupations that aren't on the federal list as being in short supply. In addition, this legislation allows foreign employees to work in professions that aren't related to their area of study or in professions that require no tertiary education.

In addition to the new act, the new law allows foreign workers to work in Germany simultaneously. This allows them to work in the country for the entire period of their residence permit. The new Act allows skilled workers in the information technology sector to work in Germany without a formal qualification. In the past, the only requirement for a residence permit was that the foreign worker had to be a skilled worker. After this, the rules were relaxed to allow for this, but it's still a good idea to contact an attorney or a lawyer to find out more about the new laws.

The new laws are intended to make it easier for skilled workers to work in Germany. The new law also makes it easier for employers to hire foreign workers for short-term projects. This means that a qualified worker can work for a company in Germany for 6 months. If the job doesn't exist, the worker can stay as long as they wish to look for a job. The law will also make the process of hiring foreign employees more efficient.
