A screwing solution suitable for a clean room for two quick pick-and-place operations that should seal a total of between 1500 and 2000 containers per hour.
The first handling system should grab a lid, drive it down, place the lid on the waiting container and screw it tight. It should then move back to its starting position to grab a new lid while the next container is already being prepared. After the pre-screwed container has moved on to the post-screwing station, the second handling system should screw the lid to the torque.
