In the course of the company takeover of Chemisches Labor Becker in Leipferdingen in July 2021, some efforts and investments have been made in recent months to integrate the company into the company structure and culture as well as into the process landscape of CleanControlling.
Following the general claim of CleanControlling, the measures and investments are aimed in particular at the goal of carrying out laboratory services efficiently, quickly and reliably in a structured process landscape. Organizational measures, but also personnel expansions are a factor in ensuring this goal.
In addition, in the course of company-wide digitization, there are also investments in the IT infrastructure and software connections to the highly integrated structure of the CleanControlling company software landscape. Under the direction of Dr. Alexander Klaiber, organizational structures were reorganized and the connection to the CleanControlling company software was promoted. The existing LIMS system (laboratory information and management system) is connected to CleanControlling's ERP system.
In addition to these organizational and structural measures, the premises, in particular the office space urgently needed in the course of the increase in staff, have been renovated and expanded. The charm of the historic building in the middle of the town has largely been retained. In this way, the old solid fuel stoves remain decorative components and thus ensure a cozy atmosphere.
Outside, landscaping work is still in progress and will be completed in time for spring with planting and greening. In addition to the floral garden design, the result is also a seating area for employees during breaks.
