Regardless of the general economic developments, we have strengthened our medical team.
The focus of our efforts is the satisfaction of our customers. In this context, we want to further expand customer service and optimize it with rapid order processing and close communication on order status, appointments and quick response behavior. In the laboratory area, too, we will continue to expand the technical resources in terms of rapid planning and processing of test orders. This is also important in connection with the further expansion of our test spectrum and the new accredited test procedures that will be introduced shortly.

In the field of order processing, Ms. Jennifer Grimm and Ms. Katharina Fries will in future be responsible for the quick and reliable processing of all medical orders.
Dr. Jasmin Frey next to Dr. Oliver Podlech and Ms. Nelly Schwer assume managerial and responsible functions in the planning, implementation and evaluation of laboratory tests.
