The coronavirus pandemic is spreading and the number of cases is still increasing worldwide. The situation is very serious and requires the utmost attention to preventive protective measures, because the health of our employees has top priority.
Due to the drastic measures taken in many countries, we are also faced with major challenges. Border controls, transport restrictions for goods, school and kindergarten closures as well as selectively restrictive regulations that temporarily only allow the production and delivery of medical technology products, all this describes the high daily pressure to act and make decisions that we are faced with.
The material supply is guaranteed at the moment. At the production sites, it is a daily challenge for employees to organize themselves, especially due to the restrictions on public life. We also feel this in the availability of production capacities. Nevertheless, we have managed to maintain the delivery situation so far and we are doing everything we can to ensure this in the coming weeks. To this end, we have already taken a large number of special measures. However, there are still no signs of a trend reversal – the situation remains tense. Therefore, we cannot completely rule out future impairments.
Our sales representatives worldwide are still available for you and can answer your questions about order processing and status. Most employees work in the home office and can be reached by e-mail and telephone.

We are currently seeing strong growth in orders for medical technology products, especially for drive systems for ventilators, automatic sample analysis and laboratory systems, and for infrared cameras for temperature control.
Of course we would like to make our contribution to medical care to contain and solve the coronavirus pandemic. For this reason, all production sites of the FAULHABER GROUP continue to work hard to fulfill all customer orders while adhering to the maximum possible protective measures.
