Packaging machines for medical technology / medical products
With our partner companies Hamer Packaging Technology and FreeFORM , we offer blister packaging machines for use in medical technology applications.
The machines are suitable for clean rooms and can be validated.
Our core competence is machines for the production of hard blister packs. Foils up to a thickness of 1,000µ are used. However, soft blisters can also be produced on the machines.
The line machines from HAMER have a modular structure and can be designed and equipped according to customer requirements.
The HAMER HMS 50 is a machine for filling and sealing preformed blisters.
The Workstation WS 525 from FreeFORM is a semi-automatic blister packaging machine that is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized series and takes up only 1.5 m² of space. Ideal for use in small clean rooms.
The HAMER TVP 35 is a thermoforming machine for the production of blisters, which is very narrow, has a mold area of 500x350mm and works with vacuum and compressed air deformation (up to 6 bar) .
We work out the projects with our customers, sell the machines, put them into operation and provide technical service.
