You will look after a customer base assigned to you independently and on your own responsibility. Versed knowledge of English, a secure handling of the PC and the usual office applications are required. Knowledge of French is an advantage. Ideally, you will have knowledge of instruments, how to use our ERP system Majesty and experience in acquisition!
Your area of responsibility includes telephone and written customer contact, processing inquiries, offers, orders and projects, dealing with correspondence and coordination between sales, production, logistics and accounting.
