With a different milling strategy and the use of the Mikron MILL S 600 U, together with optimized cutting tools from Seco and special CAM strategies developed in hyper MILL by OPEN MIND, GF Machining Solutions was not only able to reduce the machining time by almost 40% , but also improve the surface roughness in such a way that the grinding process can be completely eliminated.
