2003

• On July 1st, 2003 PROMOTEC-Medizintechnik was founded by Mike Horney, the owner of the company.
• As a service provider in the field of medical technology, the main focus of activity was initially on the production and packaging of minimally invasive products for surgery. The sterilization was carried out by external partners.

2005

• In 2005 we moved into our new production facilities in Green Park Stahnsdorf. Since then, we have also had a new ISO class 7 clean room, which allows and simplifies the professional packaging of a wide variety of products.
• Successful expansion of the product range
• Due to the constantly growing workload, two more employees could be hired.

2006

• In 2006 we expanded our company premises to a total area of approx. 150 m².
• In addition, an innovatively functioning machine for twisting wires was built, which was designed, developed and manufactured independently.

2007

• Certification of the company according to 13485: 2003 of the Medical Devices Act
• Cooperation with private lecturer Dr. med. Frank Jochum, medical director, chief physician at the Clinic for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at the Evangelical Forest Hospital Berlin-Spandau (a Paul Gerhardt Diakonie company) in the course of the Neo-Nadel * project and resulting from this: Conclusion of a license agreement between Dr. med. Jochum and PROMOTEC medical technology

2008/09

• In 2008 and 2009 there was increased investment in research and development in the field of neonatology, e. B. in the independent product development of the Neo-Nadel *
• Due to the positive increase in the order situation, the workforce was expanded again
• Expansion of the company space to 320 m²

2009/10

• Construction of a new clean room with an area of 45 m²
• Expansion of production with an additional packaging machine
• Planned start of production of the Neo-Nadel * (in series)
• Expansion of the cooperation with doctors and specialist clinics

2011

• In September 2011 we opened our new production facilities in Rheinstr. 7c in 14513 Teltow and our company area increased by 50 m² to a total of 370 m². The core is the new clean room.

2019

• In May 2019 we set up a new production site in Blankenfelde / Mahlow. There, investments were made in a new clean room with 150 m² and a packaging machine from Ulma that can pack both hard and soft blisters was procured.
