Patented ultrasonic deburring systems

How it works

An ultrasonic sonotrode vibrates in a special water bath and generates sound waves and cavitation. The sound waves in connection with cavitation also reliably clean internal and hidden burrs.

Flexibility never imagined:

With the motor spindle option in a robot compensation joint, the deburring possibilities of the systems are significantly increased again. Sharp edges and chamfers of different sizes on a component, no problem for our ultraTEC systems.
