HAMER blister machine BPC25 M (high end machine)
The BPC 25M blister packaging machine was designed for use in medical technology applications . This high-end machine is equipped with complex technology and camera systems to ensure production quality.
In addition to blisters made of soft material (soft blisters), hard blisters with a top shape can be produced.
With a maximum forming and sealing area of 350x250, the machine covers all common blister formats.
Blister material:
- All blister films commonly used in medical technology, usually PET G or PET GAG from 250 to 1,000µ
- Soft blister foils
Foil transport, heating and forming station
The machine is built on a stable, welded tubular frame.
Quick and easy tool changes. The tools are inexpensive.

- Ionization and extraction of dust particles
- Chain transport infinitely variable (also motorized) in width, thus adapted film widths are processed
- Non-contact heating of the film with infrared heaters and zone control
- Deep drawing with vacuum and compressed air, double frame system, positive or negative forms, upper punch, max.drawing depth 80mm
- Monitoring of vacuum and compressed air during deformation
- Deep-drawing station with servomotors for optimal material distribution in the case of thick PET films and demanding deformations
- Leak test of the blister

Loading zone and printing of the sealing material
The loading zone is arranged at a working height of approx. 900mm and is 1,000mm long. It is freely accessible from both sides.
The filling can be done manually or automatically.
The sealing material (Tyvek, aluminum, medical paper, etc.) is unrolled from the roll and can be printed on online. We offer systems on request:
- Flexographic printing
- Thermal transfer printing
- Inkjet printing, suitable for clean rooms, freely programmable printing. Printing of the sealing film inline with various systems: flexographic printing, digital printing, TTF printing
- Camera system for checking the printing
We also offer path control for the sealing material.
Sealing station and punch with output
The blisters are thermally sealed:
- The preset sealing pressure is digitally monitored during sealing
- Temperature and sealing time are monitored during the process
- In the event of deviations, the machine issues an alarm and stops
The blisters are punched out with a steel strip:
- A strip steel cut punches out clean radii at the corners.
- There are no sharp corners left on the blister where the rubber gloves can be torn open during use.
- The punching tool is inexpensive and can be easily replaced.
After punching out, the blisters are placed on a belt and conveyed out of the machine.
