10 years ago KLS Martin UK started up in a small office in Reading town center with two sales people and two clerks. Today, ten years and two office moves later, we are in a much larger office and warehouse with 13 staff here in the UK working together to support our local oral and maxillofacial surgeons.
To celebrate our anniversary, we asked some of our colleagues what they enjoy most about working at KLS Martin UK and what their personal highlights have been over the past ten years.

"I have had the pleasure of watching KLS Martin UK continue to grow. We have increased our staff to ensure we can keep up with demand for our products and over the last year we have moved to larger premises to accommodate all staff. The new office also has a large warehouse for all of our inventory. The increased space has created a better working environment and greater efficiency. We are proud to now call this our "KLS Martin Home"!"

"My first few months haven't been a normal start for me due to COVID, but I've enjoyed every minute of it. I've had continuous support from my amazing team around me in the field and in the office. Unfortunately, I haven't visited the HQ in Germany yet , but I'm looking forward to making up for it. I'm also looking forward to bringing more surgeons to our fantastic, comprehensive range of OMF and Neurosurgery products."

"Starting initially at KLS Martin UK as Territory Manager in the South West, I have seen major changes and growth at KLS Martin UK and the KLS Martin Group as a whole. The completion of the KLS Martin WORLD, our new implant production building and other investments within of the group have been and continue to be very exciting to me. KLS Martin UK is a completely different company now and we will continue to do our best to support maxillofacial surgeons across the UK. The short and medium term future of the company looks very exciting indeed and I look forward to the challenges we will face along the way.

"Since I spend 80-90% of my time in the operating room with the surgeons, I'm fortunate to be on friendly terms with many of them, which is great. I like the fact that I've built a very successful area in many of my surgeons refer to me as the point of contact for "Maxfax", which I am very proud of. I am very grateful to KLS Martin for the opportunities they have given me and continue to give me."
Our future looks very exciting for us. We will be increasing the number of office staff and sales team to maintain high levels of customer service as we continue to grow. In 2022 we will once again be a platinum sponsor of BAOMS, this time taking place in London under the auspices of President Robert Bentley.
