The room disinfection program of Hartmann GmbH includes the disinfection of the room air as well as the disinfection of the surfaces in the room , e.g. door and window handles, tables, chairs, cupboards, walls, windows, etc.

Rooms that are frequently frequented by many people harbor a high risk of exposure to pathogens. These are contained in the exhaled aerosols of people present in the room when they are infected with diseases. The aerosols float through the room air , which is contaminated in the process and they settle on all types of surfaces , which are then also contaminated.

The most prominent example of disease transmission through aerosols is the SARS-CoV-2 corona virus.

Often a single infected person is enough, who infects many other people with diseases via this route of infection!

With its room disinfection program , Hartmann GmbH has launched a program that works on both sides - both in disinfecting room air and disinfecting surfaces .

Air purifier / air disinfector with UV-C and HEPA filter

UV-C surface disinfector

• Disinfects all surfaces
• Irradiation with high-energy UV-C light
• Effective against SARS-CoV-2!

Both devices use high-energy UV-C radiation with a wavelength of 254 nm for disinfection . UV-C light of this wavelength has been shown to be particularly effective in killing pathogens .
