Content

Work instructions are the basis for every functioning QMS. They describe how documents are created and guide you through the development and processing of complaints. Last but not least, they also describe the production of products.

At the seminar, participants learn what belongs in work instructions and what doesn't. What is part of a process, what belongs in the next process and how to design the interface securely. How to create process descriptions to minimize human errors. Furthermore, it is taught how forms can be optimized to create valid records. Various training methods are discussed based on risk. Finally, it explains how KPIs are set and how they can be monitored using quality control charts. The knowledge acquired is deepened through practical exercises.
