The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Guidline (CSRD), which will also apply to companies with more than 250 employees from 2025, requires the identification of key sustainability topics and the integration of different specialist departments. The seminar provides an overview of the regulatory requirements for the structure of sustainability management and shows the implementation using practical examples. Using exercises, participants gain an initial insight into its applicability in their own company and develop an implementation plan.
