The seminar on the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is aimed at larger companies and SMEs and provides an overview of the scope and due diligence obligations of the LkSG. It is also discussed how a risk analysis must be designed and what obligations exist for the management and the board. In addition, the liability risks (fines, penalty payments, exclusion from public contracts and civil lawsuits of those affected and reputational risks) of the LkSG are explained and it is shown how these risks can be averted.
