What do employees in goods receiving and production need to know or be able to do about quality? Employees without prior specialist knowledge are often commissioned to carry out tests. When outsourcing incoming goods inspection to the supplier, in quality assurance in production or in worker self-inspection, basic qualifications are more important than ever. The modular seminar offers the opportunity to get to know the most important requirements in a compact manner.

Topic overview 1st day

  • Basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485
  • Knowledge of drawing reading, form and position tolerances, fits, drawing revisions
  • WE inspection (AQL/sample inspection/skip lot)
  • Creation of test plans and FDA-compliant documentation
  • Selection and handling of measuring equipment
  • Use of appropriate testing equipment
  • Blocking and monitoring of bad parts
  • Checking accompanying documents (delivery notes, invoices, material certificates, etc.)

Topic overview 2nd day

  • Experience and knowledge of the end products, materials science
  • Carry out boil test, autoclave test and assess results
  • Initial sample EMPB method of new instruments
  • Participation in supplier evaluation
  • Basics of complaint management/8D report or CAPA
  • Participation in problem solving (Pareto, Ishikawa, error collection card)
  • Final test, learning control
