The environment of organizations is no longer stable for a long time and the dynamics (= surprises that an organization has to endure and solve) are increasing significantly. Previous organizational operating systems/quality management systems have worked very well in the past because the prerequisite - stability - was largely met. However, the new challenges confront organizations with completely different issues - and the quality management systems introduced with their methods and ways of thinking no longer seem to function adequately.

The two-day event is intended to shed more light on this situation, provide food for thought, solutions and suggestions for rethinking (quality) management systems, including their processes and structures, while ensuring compliance with standards.
