content

The environment of organizations has not been stable for a long time and the dynamic (= surprises that an organization has to endure and solve) is increasing significantly. Previous organizational operating systems / quality management systems have worked very well in the past, since the prerequisite - stability - was largely given. The new challenges, however, confront organizations with completely different issues - and the quality management systems introduced with their methods and ways of thinking no longer seem to function adequately. The two-day event is intended to shed more light on this situation, provide food for thought, solution approaches and suggestions for new (quality) management systems to be thought of, including their processes and structures, while ensuring compliance with standards.
