content

Test equipment, test processes or test methods are used within verification and validation activities as well as during production. Without their previously checked and documented suitability, every subsequent step that has been taken must be questioned. Among other things, the following topics will be discussed in the seminar: How is the procedure for good/bad tests compared to measured tests? How important is operator influence? How accurate is a repeat of the measurement? Do the environmental conditions play a role?

topic overview

The seminar provides background information, models and practical tips for process validation.

In addition, the following content will be discussed:

  • Terminology and Overview
  • Closer examination of the basic terms such as measurement uncertainty, repeatability, reproducibility, linearity
  • Measurement system analysis for "quantitative" and "qualitative" characteristics
  • DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ for complex measurement systems and measurement processes

target group

Employees in quality assurance and production who are involved in product creation and product and process testing.
