Trainees of Generation Z tick "differently" - different from those of the previous Generation Y and especially different from those of Generation X or even the baby boomers. Generation Z demands fixed working hours and regular breaks, separates work and leisure time clearly and uncompromisingly, and wants one thing above all: to be happy. As an old-school trainer, it is not easy to understand how different Generation Z is. At the same time, Generation Z is educated like no generation before and brings not only knowledge and spirit, but possibly just the "right" thoughts and ideas for the urgently needed change.

The two big questions of the training are therefore:
1. How do I motivate Generation Z trainees to contribute profitably to our company?
2. How do I communicate "in a way that is appropriate for generations"?
