In the field of cardiothoracic surgery, a universal retraction system for open median sternotomies is now available.
A standard set includes the ARS retractor with suture holders and 3 pairs of stainless steel blades.
The advantage is that you can now easily fix and organize the sutures (up to 10 pieces) on the ARS retractor through the individual suture inserts.
The ARS retractor can be used for operations with and without heart-lung machine.
Furthermore, DUBOST thoracic retractors with mammary blades and IMA retractors are available in the Rudolf Storz product portfolio.

In the Product Special you will find eight Cooley wire blades, four of which are malleable, as well as atrium retractors.
The flexible arm (type Leyla) Leyla arm is designed to hold various instruments.
