Tasks
- Independent processing and coordination of customer inquiries and customer orders from our national and international customers
- Telephone and written communication with our customers in English and German
- Sales support activities
- Care and support for our customers, partners and field staff
- Export processing and creation of export documents

- Completed commercial training or university degree
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), knowledge of French is an advantage
- Several years of experience in customer service/internal sales, including order processing
- Experience in foreign trade, with a focus on preparing export and customs documents
- Customer-oriented, committed, independent and open-minded way of working
