The institute based in Hemmingen near Hanover is an analysis and quality control laboratory with more than 40 years of experience in the analysis of non-alcoholic beverages. chelab specializes in particular in fruit juices and all other related products.

chelab was founded in 1977 by Dr. V. Ara founded in Hanover as a free trade laboratory.
