Ecological lubrication system (Eco-System):
The embedded lubrication reservoir directly supplies the rolling elements with lubricant. With this function the lubrication intervals can be extended considerably. The eco-system is particularly effective for short-stroke use.
Reinforced stainless steel end plate to increase the carriage properties:
The guide carriage is designed as standard with a reinforced stainless steel sheet over the plastic ball deflection. This end plate not only stabilizes the deflection but also keeps the coarse dirt away from the plastic part. This stabilization of the deflection enables travel speeds of up to 10 m / s.
