Reinforced stainless steel cover plate to increase the carriage properties
The plastic parts of the carriage are completely covered on both sides with a stainless steel sheet. In addition, the stainless steel sheets reinforce the plastic parts, which gives the entire carriage a higher stability. This in turn allows higher travel speeds of up to 5 m / s. The cover plate is designed so that there is only a small gap between the cover plate and the guide rail. Due to this small gap, the cover plate also serves as a dirt deflector.

Ecological series with lubrication reservoir
Lubrication is possible via oil grease nipples on both ends. In the lubrication process, the oil is fed directly to the stainless steel balls.
