From UDI to MDR: The Aptean company oxaion will show how current challenges in medical technology can be mastered with the help of a modern ERP platform at the upcoming medical technology symposium in Linz/Upper Austria.
The free live event will take place on May 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is also aimed specifically at start-ups in the industry.
In cooperation with the Medical Technology Cluster Upper Austria (MTC), Aptean is organizing a medical technology symposium in Austria again this year. "The cooperation with local cluster networks offers us an ideal basis for bringing suppliers and industry closer together and building up joint synergies," says Jens Fröhlich, Branch Manager Medical Technology, oxaion gmbh/ Aptean DACH GmbH.
An exciting day with in-depth lectures and outstanding experts from the medical technology industry awaits those interested in the Museum of the Future, the Linz ARS Electronica Center. This is how Martin Schmid from of en.co.tec Schmid KG, for example, on current topics related to the MDR and at the same time presents the new MBA Health Tech Management course. With Daniel Rubisoier from TÜV SÜD, there is also an expert on site who will illuminate the regulatory basics of the UDI and then moderate the exchange of experiences with the participants.
"In addition, we will of course also show the trade visitors the possibilities of oxaion easy medical technology. How lean and easy it is to introduce the company software and what advantages this brings for start-ups and smaller companies in particular,” Jens Fröhlich continues. For example, the participants learn how UDI processes can be mapped consistently or how digital change management can be set up.
At the end there is a guided tour through the ARS Electronica Center. "Our specialist days offer an excellent opportunity to obtain information and to network with each other," concludes Jens Fröhlich. "We are already looking forward to a lively exchange and an exciting and eventful ERP symposium in Linz."
