The company HGR Instrumente GmbH was founded in 1992 in Tuttlingen.

We are an OEM manufacturer of surgical instruments.
Today our instruments are beyond the borders of Baden-Württemberg and also
internationally known. Many years of experience in the manufacture of surgical instruments
combined with innovation and knowledge of new technologies characterize the company,
which, through Thomas Hänßler, is already in the 2nd generation as managing director.

We currently employ around 40 people. We have our location in November 2002
relocated to Tuttlingen-Nendingen. To make our products even more rational and economical
To be able to manufacture, it became necessary in 2007, our production hall
to be expanded by an extension.

Since December 2016 we are in our completely newly built
Company building at Sattlerstrasse 35.

The instruments from HGR are German quality products, 99% of which are manufactured in-house. Put at the moment
we have 3 CNC milling machines and Swiss type lathes as well as 7 CNC manufacturing centers in our production. Herewith
we produce the majority of our raw parts. Supplied products are made by smaller surgery companies
the environment. We guarantee the best quality that you can rely on!

To ensure this quality in the long term, we use a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485: 2016,
which has been certified since June 2010. By "clicking" on the emblem below you can see our

As an innovative company, we are open to suggestions and produce according to your specifications and wishes.
