Young and old meet at work - and sometimes have completely different expectations of each other. The mix of up to four generations at the same time is an enormous challenge for many companies, but it also offers opportunities and competitive advantages in the war of talent.
In the "Generation Management" training course, we focus on the different perspectives of the baby boomers, Generation X, Y to Z, highlight the typical conflicts in everyday work and develop strategies for a generation-fair coexistence.
The idea is: in a workshop-oriented exchange, adapt the knowledge imparted directly to your own working environment.
