In Part 1 of the seminar you will learn why emotional leadership is so important and how you can use your values and your inner attitude (mindset) to create a psychologically safe space for employees. In the group, we develop examples of your corporate values and consider everyday situations that lead to insecurity among employees and thus disrupt the psychologically safe space, possibly destroying important parts of your corporate potential. In part 2 of the seminar we will look at the legal obligations that you have as a managing director and look at what classic consulting approaches fail again and again. We work out which key figures and goals you need for good and successful management of your company and what options there are for determining these easily and automatically. You and your employees gain security and reliability (structure) from the transparency of goals, figures and decisions. In the future, this will form the basis for your entrepreneurial success, the expansion of your market position and the implementation of your company potential.
