Area of responsibility:
- Procurement of tools, assemblies and components for production in close cooperation with the requesting departments
- Order-related or planning-related disposition of the purchased parts
- Preparation of inquiries and obtaining offers from suppliers
- Clarification of technical questions regarding function, quality and materials
- Carrying out comparisons of offers and value analyzes
- Support and expansion of the supplier base
- Processing of orders with tracking of deadlines
- Import processing
- Master data maintenance in the ERP program
- Conducting price and condition negotiations
- Identification of savings potential
- Continuous supplier monitoring
- Participation in supplier assessment and evaluation
- Correspondence with suppliers in German & English
Requirements & competencies:
- Commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in operational international purchasing
- We assume that you are able to negotiate and work reliably
- Good knowledge of the ERP system & MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
