Your tasks:
- Analyzing, efficiently planning and coordinating the production process
- Development, evaluation and assessment of existing and new manufacturing processes
- Analyzing labor utilization, staffing needs and associated costs to provide information for management decisions
- Application of statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
- Development of new solutions for existing production problems
- Application of product design and assembly expertise to the manufacturing process
- Development of standardized design criteria across all product lines
- Transfer of new developments into series production and determination of the necessary design criteria with special machine construction
- Future-oriented project management
- Application of the quality management manual
Your profile:
- University degree in engineering (Bachelor or Master)
- Experience as a production engineer or similar position would be an advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of tool and device design and manufacturing methodology
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- High quality awareness
- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards
- Team and communication skills
