- Dimensional, functional and optical testing of individual parts, assembled assemblies and finished products using various measuring and testing systems, including documentation of the results
- Independent clarification of technical details, as well as coordination with internal interfaces
- Process monitoring of the manufacturing and packaging processes
- Creation of test plans and test reports
- Training of employees in a wide variety of testing activities
- Support and contact person for the production area in all quality matters
- Processing of internal complaints including initiation and tracking of corrective and preventive measures for sustainable improvement of the processes.
- Project-related support in the areas of quality management and development
Requirements & competencies:
- Technical education
- Expertise in quality testing, preferably in the medical technology environment
- Experience with various measuring techniques / measuring equipment
- High quality awareness
