Laser therapy has been used in a wide variety of therapeutic areas since the 1960s. In contrast to the surgically used hard lasers (from 30 W), the athermal therapeutic low level laser (up to approx. 500 mW) is applied. For its application in physical therapy, infrared diode lasers are predominantly used today. Compared to other types of laser, these impress with their good penetration depth, excellent biostimulative effect and easy handling. The assignment of laser therapy to light therapy is based on its diverse, complex photobiological effects. Their effects can be summarized as follows:

Depending on the indication, you can choose from two application forms of the laser. The precise laser pen is used to treat tender points, trigger points, paraspinal points, etc. that only require application on a small area (less than 1cm²). The laser pen is also the method of choice for gentle application in laser puncture, which, like needle acupuncture, makes use of the interrelationship between skin and internal organs. For application on larger areas, such as trauma, joint diseases or dermatological indications, the use of the laser shower is recommended, which, if necessary, can also be moved over the treatment area.

The therapeutic laser of the LAS-Expert is an infrared diode laser with a wavelength of 785 nm, which according to current scientific knowledge has the best values for penetration depth and the highest biostimulative effect.

In order to guarantee a safe and effective therapy, the LAS-Expert has software for the automatic calculation of the treatment parameters, which are displayed directly depending on the selected applicator, input of the desired energy density and the treatment surface.

A practical holding arm is optionally available for treatment with the laser shower.

Optionally, autoclavable light guides for treatment in dentistry and in the ear, nose and throat area are available for attachment to the laser pen

Effective laser therapy with laser shower

The therapeutic laser shower LASS-Expert is used for application on larger surfaces (e. g., in trauma, arthropathy, hypertonia of large muscles and dermatology). It works with 21 laser diodes (2.100 mW Power output max.) and offers continuous output, alpha, Nogier, Bahr, Reininger and multifrequency or freely selectable frequencies (software extension optionally available). The infrared diode laser with a wavelength of 808 nm provides the best values of penetration depth and biostimulation effi ciency according to latest scientific conclusions.

LASP-Expert

Effective laser therapy with laser pen for mobile use

The therapeutic laser pen LASP-Expert allows for comfortable treatment of pain, trigger and acupuncture points. For therapy continuous output, multi, alpha, Bahr, Reininger and Nogier frequencies as well as freely programmable frequencies are available (software extension optionally available). LASP-Expert features a 500 mW infrared diode laser with a wavelength of 808 nm, which is scientifi cally proven to provide the best values of penetration depth and biostimulation effi ciency. Its battery operation enables easy, mobile use of treatment.
